Pool repair
If your vinyl pool liner needs patching, HH-66 is the answer
The world’s most effective PVC vinyl adhesive is ideal for mending liner tears, spa covers, and most inflatable vinyl pool toys. It works underwater, sets in minutes, and holds fast even in extreme conditions. And it bonds with just a single application.
That may be why HH-66 is recommended by pool-repair experts and bundled in pool patch kits throughout the United States.
There’s no better way of bonding vinyl – and no stronger way to patch your pool.
You can patch pool liner tears with our HH-66 adhesive and an appropriate vinyl patch. HH-66 will adhere above or below water.
THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
- HH-66 Adhesive
- Vinyl patch (color-matched or clear are recommended)
- Scissors
- Rubbing alcohol or Acetone
- Clean Rag
Cut the patch to so that it is 2 inches larger on all sides than the size of the tear.
Cut the patch so that it has rounded corners. Clean the cut patch using rubbing alcohol or acetone.
Clean the area to be patched with rubbing alcohol or acetone.
If Patch is bellow water level:
Apply HH-66 to one side of the patch. Do this while above the water line. After 1-2 minutes, fold the patch with the glue on the inside to spread the adhesive and protect from washing away.
Unfold the patch and center it over the rip, covering all torn edges.
